Academics
At East Valley Adventist School we educate the whole student. This means that we believe that students should be physically fit, proficient in academics and, most importantly, have a relationship with God.
EVAS has multi-grade classrooms which gives us benefits that cannot be seen in a single grade classroom. Research has shown that multi-grade classrooms have a positive impact on the attitudes of students and could enhance achievement. To learn more about the benefits of a multi-grade classroom, read this pamphlet by Dr. Pamela Forbes, Associate Superintendent in the Office of Education at the Southern California Conference.
Students have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, learn how take care of the vast species of plants around our school, especially the fruit trees. Students are also learning how to handle puppets and will be participating in a new puppet ministry. They will be performing this coming school year during our church visitations.
